Artist Biography:
Mark DeLaitsch received a BFA from Alfred University School of Art and Design. Since graduating in 2000, he continued his ceramic studies in China as well as participating in the residency program at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts in Tennessee. Mark designs functional, one-of-a-kind pieces with a formal flair. He has recently transitioned to making pottery full time. He now makes his home in Rhode Island with his wife, Elizabeth, children, Dylan and Ellie and their thirteen chickens.
